Ulrike Meinhof (1934-1976) was a true believer, a well known journalist and a terrorist in the RAF, the Red Army Fraction. What happened in Germany in the late sixties and early seventies, what were the political and individuals events  that have transformed her commitment to peace in violence and hostility?

Gabriella is 30 years old, and she passed 24 of them to study. She wanted to be a doctor, she was curled on the books, she finished her studies early with honors and academic kiss. And there's nothing she can do.

Stephen has 23 years, he wants to be a musician. He studied and worked, and the money he can use them to set aside his guitar and his band. "A mistake during surgery," they told him, "Within two weeks, and you come back as new", they told him. Six months after the accident Stephen can not open the hand, only to close it. Impossible for him to hold a pick in those conditions.  
And there's nothing he can do.

Until a few years ago, Franco had a job. For 18 years he has bent his back, euro after euro has scraped together a small fortune. He had a girlfriend, wanted to buy a house, escape the mortgage, has invested everything in Parmalat shares. Today, Franco is ruined, his girlfriend left him, he returned to live with his family. In 40 years working for $ 1000 per month. Those who ruined him live in the same houses than before.  
And there's nothing he can do.

Krista is 26 years old. Seven years ago she was in Genoa. Massimo is a biologist, he is working on a new treatment for retinitis pigmentosa, his 16 years old brother began to see hurt, his vision began to shrink more and more until he became completely blind. So Max has decided to become a geneticist, has taken a degree, a doctorate and 10 years ended in a laboratory. The salary of hunger has never allowed to live alone, to marry, to get a life. But he did not care, he wanted to decipher the genes of sick brother to find a remedy. Then the new government cut funding even before it jumped the maximum salary, then the laboratory, now the results of ten years of research have been sold off to a U.S. laboratory that will decide whether and when to use them. At 36 Max no longer has a job, his brother is expecting a baby, he could develop retinitis.  
And there's nothing he can do.
